What Conditions do you treat?
We treat all kinds of musculoskeletal pain. This includes a broad range of painful conditions arising from both work and non-work-related situations, including injuries from sports, motor vehicle accidents, etc. We treat injuries to the neck, shoulders, back, spine, wrist, hands, and the lower extremities including hips, knees, ankles and feet.
Who do I call after regular clinic hours?

How do I schedule an appointment?

How long is an average visit in the office?
For a new patient, the average visit is about 30-45 minutes. Subsequent visits approximately 15-20 minutes
What insurances does your office accept?
Yes, we accept all major PPO insurances, workers comp and Medicare. Please call our office to get more information

What do I need to bring for my initial consultation appointment?
If you have a work related injury, we will obtain the required medical records from the workers comp insurance carrier. If you have any x-rays or MRI scans related to this injury, please bring them with you, along with the list of medications you are taking. If this is a non-work related injury, please also bring your health insurance information and any other relevant medical records.
Do I need any preparation for the injection procedure?
In order to have the best possible experience with an injection procedure, there are precautions that you need to take related to food, fluid and medication prior to the procedure. We will give you specific instructions based on your condition and the type of procedure you are undertaking. This information will be given to you when we schedule you for the injection procedure.
What should I expect after my procedure?
It is common to feel some soreness for 2-3 days, depending on the type of procedure. We will give you specific instructions when we schedule you for the procedure.
How should I prepare for the EMG and nerve conduction procedure?
You do not need any preparation for this testing. It involves testing your nerves with electrical stimulation and testing the muscles with a Teflon coated needle.
What should I expect from an AME/QME examimnation?
AME and QME are medical-legal examinations to determine the extent of your work-related injury. The doctor and medical staff will ask you detailed questions about your injuries and the treatment you have received. Then the doctor will do a complete examination of the body parts affected by the injury. No treatment will be provided during this examination. You or your attorney will receive a detailed report after this examination.
